That 0:00 min is meaningless for actual time spent on the page. All that means is that the person went to the page and then did not click on another page within your site. So, the viewer could have lingered for quite a while, read your whole main page, or not at all. It's a quirk of Google Analytics; time can only be measured for pages from which the viewer goes to another page within the site, not for those where the viewer then closes the browser or goes elsewhere.
